According to Rafael Rivera, The latest Windows 11 dev build 22572 contains File explorer tabs, a long requested feature by the community.

How to enable?

Download ViVeTool from here: (Download from GitHub)
Launch ViVeTool with admin command prompt then enter the following velocity ids
vivetool addconfig 34370472 2
